2.2. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.

(b) Payment authorization failure;
(c) Unforeseen operational or technical issues.


3. Shipping and Delivery Timelines

3.1. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

3.2. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on:
(a) Location accessibility;
(b) Courier partner operations;
(c) External factors beyond Company control.


4. Shipping Charges

4.1. Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed at checkout.

4.2. The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4.3. Additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees may apply and will be clearly communicated at checkout.


5. Shipment and Delivery

5.1. The Company shall engage third-party logistics providers for delivery of products.

5.2. Upon dispatch, customers shall receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details via email/SMS.

5.3. Delivery shall be deemed complete when the product is delivered to the address provided by the customer.


6. Risk and Title

6.1. Risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

6.2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

7.1. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to:
(a) Customer unavailability;
(b) Incorrect or incomplete address;
(c) Refusal to accept delivery;

the logistics partner shall attempt re-delivery as per their policy.

7.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel such orders and may deduct applicable shipping or handling charges.


8. Delays in Delivery

8.1. The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:
(a) Natural disasters, force majeure events;
(b) Government restrictions or regulatory actions;
(c) Logistics partner disruptions;
(d) Public holidays or strikes.


9. Compliance with Indian Laws

9.1. The Company complies with applicable Indian laws governing e-commerce operations, including:

  • Display of accurate shipping timelines under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

  • Fair trade practices under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

9.2. Customers shall have rights available under applicable laws, including the right to raise grievances regarding delayed or deficient services.


10. Customer Responsibilities

10.1. Customers are required to:
(a) Provide accurate shipping details;
(b) Be available to accept delivery;
(c) Verify the package at the time of delivery.

10.2. The Company shall not be responsible for delivery failures arising from customer negligence.


11. Grievance Redressal

11.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, the Company provides a grievance redressal mechanism.
