Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

This Return, Refund and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through the website (“Platform”) operated by Varivaha Fashion (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Customers may initiate a return request within 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery.

1.2. To be eligible for a return:
(a) The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition;
(b) All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact;
(c) The product must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Products

2.1. The following categories shall not be eligible for return:
(a) Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the Platform;
(b) Innerwear, personal hygiene products, or items of intimate nature;
(c) Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional offers (unless defective);
(d) Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.


3. Return Process

3.1. To initiate a return, customers must contact us at [support@yourstore.com] within the prescribed time.

3.2. Upon verification, the Company shall:
(a) Arrange reverse pickup; or
(b) Request the customer to self-ship the product.

3.3. The Company shall not be responsible for products lost or damaged during self-shipping.


4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds shall be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

4.2. Refund modes:
(a) Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method;
(b) COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit.

4.3. Refund timeline:

  • Within 5–10 business days from approval.

4.4. Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to Company error.


5. Exchange Policy

5.1. Exchanges shall be subject to product availability.

5.2. Exchanges are permitted only for:
(a) Size issues;
(b) Defective or damaged items;
(c) Incorrect product delivered.

5.3. In case of non-availability of replacement, refund or store credit shall be provided.


6. Damaged / Incorrect Products

6.1. Customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery.

6.2. The Company may require photographic or video proof before processing the request.


7. Cancellation Policy

7.1. Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch.

7.2. Post-dispatch cancellations are not permitted; however, returns may be initiated after delivery.


8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:
(a) Delays caused by logistics partners;
(b) Loss or damage due to incorrect customer details;
(c) Force majeure events beyond reasonable control.


9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
